They’re back. Scotland’s finest interpreters of “The Transatlantic Garage Band Explosion”, inspired by teen garage-punk, folk-punk, freak-beat and psychedelic sounds from the ’60s, return to London for their first gig in ages. Mole from State Records will be supplying some suitable tunes on 45, followed up by head-honcho Jon ‘Mojo’ Mills who will add a few twists and turns for the late night freak scene.
• The Sundowners from Liverpool will be playing before our night and their audience will stay on for The Thanes and dancing, so it’s gonna be quite a night.
